CEO Brian Carson
Brian was born and raised in the Midwest. At the age of eighteen, he packed up his life and made his way west. Since entering the real estate industry over ten years ago he has trained hundreds of agents and helped thousands of clients accomplish their dream of homeownership with expertise in finance as well as real estate. On top of running UFS, he owns and operates The Carson Group (a real estate brokerage), Villa Rosa (vacation rental and wedding venue / winery), SpaceHome (ADU design startup), and recently received 501c3 status for his animal sanctuary, Rancho Rescue. His outlook on business as well as life is that you must always be solution-oriented. “If anyone comes to me with a problem I immediately focus on the solution.“

We all have something we are on this earth to do, and my mission is to help as many people and animals as I can. When I am not selling real estate or funding loans, I spend my time raising my two Corgis, working on my ranch, spending time with family, hitting the gym, flying planes, and finding ways to have an impact. ”
